At the heart of her work, Mandy is deeply passionate about helping others live well and become who they were created to be. As a psychiatric nurse practitioner, she finds purpose in supporting individuals through life’s challenges, whether they’re navigating anxiety, ADHD, depression, or simply feeling stuck. Her approach is rooted in compassion, clinical expertise, and a belief that true wellness goes beyond symptom management.
She loves helping patients gain clarity, build resilience and capacity, and reconnect with their sense of purpose. For her, the greatest reward is watching people step into their potential with confidence, peace, and hope for the future.
When not in the office, Mandy enjoys spending time with her family & friends, playing board games, cooking (and eating), baking artisan bread, bonfires (s’mores…. yum!), car-karaoke, gardening, boating, hiking, camping and exploring the country with her 2 pip-pups. She is also a “Host Mom” with the International Student Exchange, hosting foreign exchange students from all over the world.
